Wow, Marlow! You're killing me over here with all your beauties. I think they each deserve their own cameo, especially the one hiding in the back that looks the most red. ;-)

I will miss them - but if you go to Tucson or other bigger US show I could give you the booth number of my Sri Lanka vendor....

I can't stand it, Marlow! Those are just beautiful -- and I really am impressed that you saw the moment for a terrific photo.

I love that without a sense of scale in the photo, I'm assuming there all at least 5 carat stones :wink2:

I stand corrected - they're all at least 6.34 carats! ;))

Marlow,
Those are painful to look at. Painful because they do not belong to me.

Chrono - it is no pain to look at them - for me!!!

You see evening sunlight is the best "incandescent" light!

The best for setting would be the larger trilliant on the right - 0,84 ct, no window and eyeclean - color is a rich strawberry pink.
The others are to small, windowed or to rare....

Is the background you use regular graph paper?

Yes, white 5mm square - so you can see the size and compare the color of the stones and the background.

I love the photograph. I miss having strong morning/afternoon sun beams inside. They produce beautiful photos.
