Better photos of my Mahenge spinel

I would have posted this in the Mahenge "show us" thread but I am tired of scrolling to page 16! LOL!
I usually take awful pictures with my phone, but these came out so well I had to share. I love this 2.52 spinel, and how light changes its color and tone.

So I have to admit, seeing this ring pushed me to pull the trigger on this tsav!
I'm not very tempted to put it in a sideways halo if you don't mind me using your ring as inspiration!

Hi Chrono! The stone was sourced from Prima Gems. It's a 2.51 carat VS Mahenge spinel with dimensions of 8.9 x 10.8 mm. The ring was designed by Michael Z of NYC. He deals with exotic East African stones, but is more of a wholesaler.
