Artisans who work with lapis/malachite...

Hello -

I was wondering if anyone knows of any artisans who work with lapis, malachite, turquoise etc. I am looking to commission a wedding band Argentium silver or white gold with stone inlay. My mother used to own a wedding and like this and I always adored it.
Something along these lines:

All of those stones are inexpensive and easy to source so I would think that anybody who works with silver will be able to help.

As LD said, most jewelers who do custom work will be able to create such a piece for you. Thank you for the suggestions. I appreciate it. I asked a local jeweler in the Boston area and she almost seemed offended at the thought the that she would work in anything that wasn't precious! So I decided to try pricescope for any suggestions.
