Need Linen Dress/Suit!

Congrats to your cousin & her partner!    I think I remember seeing a linen wedding dress at J. Crew.  They might have suits too...

Brooks Brothers has Ivory linen suit separates for women.
A long linen dress should be easier to find, but for some reason I''m having trouble with it.  J.crew used to carry lovely linen wedding dresses, but now they don''t show up on the website.  Maybe if you call their "special occasion coordinator" you could see if they still sell them.
www.womensuits.com carries some linen dresses.  Not exactly my taste, but maybe it will help.
Better act fast!  This time of year, stores start stocking fall clothes and linen becomes more difficult to find.

I KNOW!!!    I have to keep reminding myself that not everyone has been planning their wedding since they were like 5 like I have....  She DEFINITELY needs to hurry with the whole dress thing.  Thanks for all your ideas!  I really appreciate it!

Funny story, a friend of mine is gay, her family is very proper southern and has been in denial about it for years. Finally a family friend of theirs came out and had a wedding of sorts at their country club. It was a really big formal deal, and all the families were there! Her mother laughed herself silly after telling the ushers that they were friends of the bride...after realizing that both were "brides." I heard it was beautiful. I love hearing about closed minds opening up.
