We are considering doing cupcakes instead of cake because we would like to do a few different flavors...but how would that work? We can't have everyone just walk up and choose their own cupcake, right? Do the servers bring around a tray with a few of each flavor to the tables?

How does this work without getting chaotic or messy :confused:
