John Pollard

John Pollard holds degrees in gemology, education, science and music from the Gemological Institute of America, Washington State University, Peninsula College and the Texas State Board of Education. He is the United States Executive for "Crafted By Infinity" diamonds and consultant for a range of businesses in the USA, Europe and Asia; specializing in staff training,marketing, the internet and strategic development. A two-time winner of the HEB Foundation's Award of Excellence, he has lectured for the American GemSociety (AGS) JCK workshops, the Gemological Institute of America (GIA)Alumni Association, the International Gemological Institute (IGI) Seminarsat Jewelry Shanghai and International Jewelry Fair Beijing, Polygon Conclaves and numerous university campuses in North America. Mr. Pollard is published in IDEX Magazine, China Gems Magazine, the Pricescope.com journal and other trade periodicals. A professional educator since 1988, he continues as a high school music and leadership coach in his spare time.
