Master Stone SetIn order to be and American Gem Society ICGA appraisal firm I was required to have a set of five masters which I purchased from Lazare Kaplan. The set then had to be approved by the American Gem Society for use as a master set.

Other Areas Of ExpertiseIf a colored gem is of the quality requiring verification of origin, then for the client’s protection I send it to the AGTA for a thorough report. I attend the yearly AGS conclave which covers current treatments etc in a lab environment conducted by GIA.
Unique ServicesI encourage clients to spend time with their diamonds under my scope and even show them why I feel the color grade is what I call it. I grade without seeing any info provided. This is a totally unbiased opinion. Mobile Lab available upon request

The AGS is the only appraisal association putting those requirements on the appraiser firms. I feel it is a very important issue.
